Macedonia: On the line “Hello Doctor” advice sought over 37,000 citizens
Over 37.000 people have used the new hotline for receiving medical advice from some of the leading public sector doctors, since it was established in September. The line known as “Hello doctor”, available by dialing 15-123, is open 24/7, and has 22 doctors on call.
Callers can ask for a consultation regarding any type of medical symptoms. Calls have ranged from asking advice about different types of pain, heart and respiratory issues, to weather related symptoms.
