Electronic Solution to Make Sure You Don’t Forget The Birth Control Pill

Women on “the pill” know all too well that skipping a day’s dose may lead to an unwanted pregnancy, yet many still end up forgetting or put it off to the next day. A young OB-GYN doc, herself a fan of the pill, has come up with a technological solution that helps to make sure that every day’s regimen is being followed. Every time the device is opened, it communicates with the app to record that day’s successful administration. But, if the Oviary is ignored, the app makes sure to send you reminders to take the pill.

There’s also a display on the top of the box with simple to read lights that show you how much time is left to take that day’s dose on time.
