Dentem, Albanian startup developing dental innovation
It’s not often we get the chance to share stories from Albania, especially from the startup scene, but something has come to our attention lately, and the buzz is already here and it’s called Dentem.
Dentem is a platform which allows dental clinics to manage their business in a better way by utilizing electronic tools. Simple implementation of ERP – CRM (Enterprise Resource Planning – Client Relationship Management) for dental clinics allow users to store patients files, manage agendas and monitor financials among others.
Patients also benefit from Dentem as they can access their doctors agenda, book an appointment online, search for new clinics, rate and comment on clinics. As Silicon Valley would put it, Uber for dental care. The platform is web based and the apps are available on Play Store and iTunes for free.
The team based in Tirana, Albania has already moved forward with acrowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo which is aimed to help the further development, research of the massive data, testing devices, HIPPA Compliance and further security enhancement on data protection. The goal is to reach $25,000 USD within 40 days.
