Saturday
Breakfast: a cup of unsweetened tea, toast.
Lunch: 200 grams. roast meat, 150 g salad of shredded cabbage with lemon juice.
Dinner: 150 g cheese, 100 grams grated carrots with olive oil.
Sunday
Breakfast: a cup of unsweetened tea, toast.
Lunch: 200 g roast or boiled chicken.
Dinner: 300 grams of any fruit (apples, pears, plums, oranges, apricots, kiwi).
In the second week repeat the same menu as the first.
Important rules when conducting diet:

    Hi, this is great diet,
    i have tested it for 2 wks and it works wonders
    in 1st wk itself i lost 4 KGs of weight
    you must try it out once
    thanks for posting this wonderful diet
    I am a vegetarian so i substitued non veg food with veg
    rest i sticked to the diet.

    I have started with the diet and i am on week 2 and i realised ever since i’m on week2, have been eating a little, my stomach is not taking more BUT i am now gaining weight instead of loosing, i have not cheated and have followed it without subtituting anything, can someone tell me what i am doing wrong??
    Week 1 i lost 2.5 KG
